Mladen D. Kresic is President and Chief Executive of K&R Negotiations, a consulting firm specializing in structuring and negotiating business transactions in the computer, software, Internet and other industries. Mladen has over 25 years experience negotiating business transactions both as a lawyer and a businessman.

Michael Firlie serves as Business Development Executive for K&R’s DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. He has extensive senior leadership experience and expertise in global sourcing and supply chain management, SaaS, contract management solutions, international IT/telecom operations, including related business and operations strategy, and business development.

Gérard Francois is a Member Emeritus of K&R Negotiations, having formerly served as K&R's General Manager for EMEA. Gérard's experience spans several continents and cultures, where he has developed a superb track record in leading, managing and motivating sales teams and successfully engineering and negotiating large, complex deals.

Nevenka serves as Managing Director for K&R’s DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region where she delivers creative and entrepreneurial expertise for K&R’s clients. She is highly committed to delivering best-in-class results, demonstrated throughout her career of engaging and empowering teams, thus enabling them to sell and deliver complex solutions.

Vivek Rawat is Director of K&R Negotiations India affiliate, VR Consulting. Based out of Bangalore, he manages K&R’s business within India. Vivek is an expert in sales management, structuring large deals and complex client engagements, entrepreneurship, creating business alliances, and building high-performance teams.

Hendrik Stegenga is Sales Director for K&R Negotiation Associates in the Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg (BeNeLux) region. He has more than 25 years of sales and delivery experience in IT and business services, leading cross-functional teams in multidisciplinary negotiations for national and global clients.
