Michael Firlie serves as Business Development Executive for K&R’s DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. He has extensive senior leadership experience and expertise in global sourcing and supply chain management, SaaS, contract management solutions, international IT/telecom operations, including related business and operations strategy, and business development.
Gérard Francois is a Member Emeritus of K&R Negotiations, having formerly served as K&R's General Manager for EMEA. Gérard's experience spans several continents and cultures, where he has developed a superb track record in leading, managing and motivating sales teams and successfully engineering and negotiating large, complex deals.
Benoît Gougeon is a Member Emeritus of K&R Negotiations, having formerly served as K&R's European VP of Sales. Benoît has negotiated numerous $100 million deals and has managed business units generating annual revenues in excess of $300M.
Jim Hale is Vice President Business Development for K&R Negotiation Associates. He has over 25 years of direct sales, sales management, and executive management experience in the technology sector.
Andrew Johnson is a Member Emeritus of K&R Negotiations, having formerly served as K&R's VP of Operations in A/NZ. He has over 30 years experience in sales, sales management and general management in the technology sector.
Kevin J. Jones is General Manager of Europe, Middle East and North Africa (EMEA) for K&R Negotiations. He brings a unique leadership background which enables him to successfully steer challenging and complex negotiations to a balanced and profitable conclusion.
Steve Kuras is K&R’s Vice President of Business Development for Americas. Steve brings 30+ years of financial, business development, sales and sales management experience in the IT industry, having led large-pursuit sales teams and complex client engagements for Fortune 100 clients.
Nevenka serves as Managing Director for K&R’s DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region where she delivers creative and entrepreneurial expertise for K&R’s clients. She is highly committed to delivering best-in-class results, demonstrated throughout her career of engaging and empowering teams, thus enabling them to sell and deliver complex solutions.
Urban Mayer is Business Development Executive for K&R’s DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. Urban brings decades of international leadership, sales, marketing and performance turnaround successes—from the aerospace and automotive sectors to real estate and IT.
XueYan Meng is president of K&R Negotiations’ China affiliate, Beijing ZhongHengKaiQi Enterprise Management and Consulting Limited Company. Based in Beijing, XueYan provides negotiations training and consulting within China.
Jeff Mersereau is K&R’s Service Delivery Executive for North America. He has extensive experience in in sales, consulting, management, technical services & sales, and professional development.
Gregory Morris is General Manager, Asia Pacific Strategy and Operations for K&R Negotiation Associates. He has substantial experience in helping Australian and International clients solve complex issues to ensure they can deliver on their strategic objectives.
Susi Petersen is the Business Operations Manager for K&R Negotiation Associates. In addition, Susi runs K&R Negotiation's US office in Danbury, CT.
Paul Prosser is a Member Emeritus of K&R Negotiations, having formerly served as K&R's VP for Business Development in Asia Pacific. He worked in the IT industry for over 30 years in roles covering technical, training, direct selling, sales management and general management.
Vivek Rawat is Director of K&R Negotiations India affiliate, VR Consulting. Based out of Bangalore, he manages K&R’s business within India. Vivek is an expert in sales management, structuring large deals and complex client engagements, entrepreneurship, creating business alliances, and building high-performance teams.
Chris Ryan is Vice President Marketing for K&R Negotiation Associates. He has twenty-five years of marketing, technology, and senior management experience, and is a widely known expert in business-to-business marketing, sales strategy, systems, and processes.
Hendrik Stegenga is Sales Director for K&R Negotiation Associates in the Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg (BeNeLux) region. He has more than 25 years of sales and delivery experience in IT and business services, leading cross-functional teams in multidisciplinary negotiations for national and global clients.
