Jim Hale is Vice President Business Development for K&R Negotiation Associates. He has over 25 years of direct sales, sales management, and executive management experience in the technology sector.

James M. Hale is Vice President Business Development for K&R Negotiation Associates. He has over 25 years of direct sales, sales management, and executive management experience in the technology sector, working in complex environments in Fortune 500 companies in addition to emerging growth organizations. He has handled a variety of product areas including software (ERP, CRM, B2B, Infrastructure), hardware, manufacturing and distribution, and consulting services.

Jim’s most recent position before joining K&R was as Senior Vice President of Sales at Quova Corporation. Prior to that he was Vice President at Vantive and Optika Corporations. In the mid 1990’s he was Area Vice President at Oracle Corporation, where every one of his teams consistently exceeded quota targets. Before Oracle, Jim was Vice President of Sales at Reply Corporation and Director of Sales at Ernst & Young LLP. Jim started his career at IBM Corporation, where he had 14 years of service, culminating as an Area Sales Manager in Dallas, Texas.

Jim has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He resides with his family in Denver, Colorado.
