Kevin J. Jones is General Manager of Europe, Middle East and North Africa (EMEA) for K&R Negotiations. He brings a unique leadership background which enables him to successfully steer challenging and complex negotiations to a balanced and profitable conclusion.

Kevin J. Jones is a proven leader with multicultural IT industry experience. He serves as General Manager of Europe, Middle East and North Africa (EMEA) for K&R Negotiations. Kevin brings a unique leadership background which enables him to successfully steer challenging and complex negotiations to a balanced and profitable conclusion. During his 35-year career Kevin progressed quickly from being a professional salesperson; to sales manager; regional sales manager; Vice President of Software Sales; and finally, Executive Committee Board member and lead dealmaker at GBM, IBM’s partner in Dubai.  His unique blend of experience — from foundational sales to leadership that is both multifaceted and focused on results gives Kevin a unique platform as a sales negotiator, leader and coach.

Whilst selling into every industry and public sector and across multiple geographies (Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa), Kevin has led, coached and developed deal teams using creative and disciplined sales and negotiation approaches. Kevin feels most fulfilled in coaching negotiations teams: Just one example during his career saw him take a team responsible for seven brands with declining revenues and losing market share to 287% growth year-over-year, ultimately growing the division’s software business by more than 30%.

Most recently, Kevin worked in Dubai as the Vice President, Software Solutions GBM, where he was responsible for end-to-end solutions and where he delivered double digit growth in new license sales and Software Services. As a result of his leadership and sales negotiation abilities, honed through numerous interactions and trainings with K&R, Kevin has led and sponsored many complex, multi-brand transactions involving hardware, software and services for IBM and GBM; spanning multiple regions and creating win-win value for all parties.

Kevin Jones has proven, in-depth exposure to creating effective, worldwide sales and negotiations for K&R and our clients. Now based in Europe, Kevin enjoys staying fit, he is a competitive water-skier and has a healthy appetite for snow skiing.
