Hendrik Stegenga is Sales Director for K&R Negotiation Associates in the Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg (BeNeLux) region. He has more than 25 years of sales and delivery experience in IT and business services, leading cross-functional teams in multidisciplinary negotiations for national and global clients.
Stegenga most recently served as Enterprise Sales Director for IBM Software in the BeNeLux region and was responsible for a team of approximately 40 sellers who drove customer satisfaction and target achievement in the financial services, public and telco sectors. In this capacity, he won the IBM Excellence Award for outstanding results.
Hendrik has also held service leadership positions in logistics and supply chain management. He studied Business Administration and Marketing at Agricultural University Wageningen and also holds a degree from Atheneum, Nassau College, Heerenveen.
Hendrik has three children and lives with his wife in Amersfoort (Netherlands). He enjoys golf, bridge and skating.
