Vivek Rawat

Vivek Rawat is Director of K&R Negotiations India affiliate, VR Consulting. Based out of Bangalore, he is responsible for managing K&R’s business within India.  Vivek is a highly experienced an expert in sales management, structuring large deals and complex client engagements, entrepreneurship, creating business alliances, and building high-performance teams.

With three decades of experience in the technology, design, and manufacturing industries, Vivek has been successful working with companies like Sonata, Oracle, IBM, SAP, and CSC. He is result-oriented and has successfully led many new initiatives to expand markets, grow revenue, and increase profitability. His accomplishments include:

  • At Fuego: Built a new business model helping clients outsource international office design and execution. Led all strategic negotiations.
  • At CSC: Transformed a business unit by utilizing sales optimization techniques resulting in increasing market share and revenue for 2 consecutive years .
  • At SAP India: set up an integrated indirect route strategy where the channel and alliance team were integrated under one umbrella for effective market and solution coverage.
  • At IBM: Led a number of new initiatives – formed the Computer and Services industry division; set up the Enterprise Sales team to achieve multi-million dollar contracts; created the Software Group Global Alliance Program with Infosys, Wipro, and TCS to influence global deals based out of India. Led negotiations and influenced revenue on deals worth $ 180 million.

As a core member of the K&R Negotiations team, Vivek is continuing leverage his business and negotiation experience to improve the outcomes for Indian companies and companies operating in India.
