He worked in the IT industry for over 30 years in roles covering technical, training, direct selling, sales management and general management. Paul has worked for major international vendors including Oracle, Baan, Computer Associates and Sun Microsystems managing teams of professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

Paul, a personal achiever with numerous over achievement awards, has also led successful sales teams through his ability to leverage the talents and skills of the team to reach the next level of performance.
