Andrew Johnson is a Member Emeritus of K&R Negotiations, having formerly served as K&R's VP of Operations in A/NZ. He has over 30 years experience in sales, sales management and general management in the technology sector.

Andrew Johnson is a Member Emeritus of K&R Negotiations, having formerly served as K&R’s VP of Operations in A/NZ. He has over 30 years experience in sales, sales management and general management in the technology sector. During this time he has lived and worked in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia with companies including Oracle, Ingres, Computer Sciences Corporation, Intentia and Computron. These roles have primarily involved the sale of complex, high value business solutions to corporate and government organizations. As a result, he has gained a wealth of practical knowledge regarding the real reasons why sales people and sales operations succeed or fail in complex sales situations.

Andrew has a talent for transforming under-performing sales operations and sales people into valuable company assets. He has provided leadership in developing new markets, creating new business ventures and building successful sales teams. He has received numerous awards from his employers acknowledging his contribution to the business and also from The Gartner Group and CFO Magazine for “The Best Software Company and Sales Operation” in Australia.

Andrew was born in the UK and is now resides in Melbourne, Australia.
