This is a great negotiations fundamentals course particularly for those in sales and procurement. I can't wait for the next offerings from K&R - very much looking forward to exploring these subjects in more detail.
One of the things I realized from taking this course was that I have been negotiating my whole life — I just haven't been doing it with any structure or understanding of its foundation.
I would wholly recommend this course to anybody who needs a good start in understanding key dynamics. I especially liked the module about unprincipled concessions. I have to stop the giveaways!
This is a good fundamentals course. It does a great job with two critical concepts, credibility and leverage and principled concessions. With both, the scenarios and case study are particularly helpful in showing how to apply the concepts.
Thank you so much for the excellent course on negotiation fundamentals. I thought I had a good understanding of the elements of negotiation and how to have a positive outcome but this course opened my eyes to new possibilities. The section on principled concessions alone was worth the course fee. Looking forward to more advanced training.
