Gerard Francois serves as general manager of Europe, Middle East and North Africa (EMEA) for K&R Negotiations. He is responsible for business development and service delivery for all three regions.
Gerard is a 35-year sales, sales management, and operations leader, serving most recently as vice president for IBM’s substantial mainframe business in France. He has also served as vice president of IBM software enterprise sales for Southwest Europe; vice president of EMEA software operations; vice president of software, for IBM Latin America; and vice president of software technical sales for IBM Americas.
Gerard’s experience spans several continents and cultures, where he has developed a superb track record in leading, managing and motivating sales teams and successfully engineering and negotiating large, complex deals. His operational expertise includes pipeline management, workforce productivity, market segmentation and coverage deployment. A cultivator of people, leaders, and relationships, Gerard’s brings his negotiations, sales and technology expertise to bear on all client challenges—delivering creative solutions to deals that drive real business results.
Gerard holds a degree in Computer Sciences from University of Paris VI. He and his family live in Grenoble, France.
